IT ALL STARTS

Well I guess it all starts. Thats what the title says anyway. I decided a few days ago that I was going to go on a diet. This was no ordinary diet. This was one that I created, and for anyone that reads this, if you decide to do the same thing, do it at your own risk! I am not telling anyone to do it by writing this post. Anyway, the diet really isn't bad, but I had some of you in suspense didn't I?!? DIDN'T I!!! HA. Heres what I am doing. I only eat one time a day. I know I know, all of you health crazies out there want to say. "You shouldn't do that its not healthy", but i don't feel bad about it at all. Its working and I am able to still eat a good portion. Its actually pretty cool. After many failed attempts to lose weight, I finally figured out that I was not really hungry during the day, but I was very hungry at night. I also feel that i don't want to eat something crazy at night. For instance, just because I am only eating one time per day doesn't mean that during my one meal I will go to a pizza buffet! NAH. NO SIR. I have devised a fiendishly awesome plan to ensure my success MOO HA HA HA. When looking around to buy food. I realized that I can still eat a good portion of healthy foods. EUREKA!! "This the best diet ever!" "I get to eat, feel full, and still lose weight fast!?!" I decided on one food. I am going to eat the same food every day. Every stinking day. I know what you all are thinking. I am going to get tired of eating the same thing everyday. Well the answer to that is actually, no I wont. And the reason that I am so sure about that is because, By the time I eat later in the day, I don't really care what I am eating. I AM HUNGRY! So i am going to eat it. Its like what my mother always said growing up when i made comments after I saw that she made spinach from the can. YUK! "if you were hungry you would eat it." This one food that I decided on is Spaghetti, broccoli, and chicken breasts. I first found the correct pasta of my choosing. It is a pasta that is made out of wheat. The next step was finding the right spaghetti sauce. This was no chore. I actually just tried to find the biggest bottle that I could find for the cheapest price. I settled on RAGU. That stuff tastes great! The third step was finding broccoli. I did n the same thing as the last step. I just went to the frozen section and tried to find the biggest bag of broccoli that I could find for the cheapest price. The last step was the chicken. I did the same as the last two steps.
             Each of the last few days have not been the easiest every, but to be flat out honest, they have not been the hardest days ever either. The third day was the hardest.  This is because I was just getting started and I work at Chic Fil a. HA CHIC FIL A IS AWESOME. But I am staying strong. My forth and fifth days were quite easy. Today was a challenge, but I think I did well I now know that I am going to have to be especially strong when around friends. Earlier today some friends came over. While hanging out with them, they decided to eat and they ate whatever they wanted. I ate a little bit of spaghetti and a couple of bites of some ice cream. SMALL BITES I PROMISE. I actually feel really good. Seeing how I handled this situation gives me courage to know that I will be able to get through anything.
